Unable to Import Students
If you encounter issues importing students into Elementari from Google Classroom, Clever, or ClassLink, follow these troubleshooting steps:
Common Issues and Solutions
Check Permissions
- Google Classroom: Ensure you have granted Elementari the necessary permissions to access your Google Classroom data.
- Clever: Verify that Elementari has been added and authorized in your Clever Dashboard.
- ClassLink: Confirm that Elementari is correctly set up and authorized in your ClassLink account.
Clever Import If your district has added Elementari, you will need to invite your students to join with the class code or the invite link. You will not be able to see your Clever classrooms or import from Clever.
Verify Account Connections
- Google Classroom: Make sure your Google Classroom account is properly connected to Elementari.
- Clever: Ensure your Clever account is linked with Elementari.
- ClassLink: Verify that your ClassLink account is associated with your Elementari teacher account.
Refresh and Retry
- Refresh the Page: Sometimes a simple page refresh can resolve the issue.
- Log Out and Back In: Try logging out of your Elementari account and logging back in to reset the session. If you have issues logging out, go to elementari.com/logout to log out of your account.
Enrollment Verification
- Student Enrollment: Ensure that students are properly enrolled in the Google Classroom, Clever, or ClassLink classes you are trying to import.
