If students cannot see their assigned lessons in Elementari, follow these troubleshooting steps:
Common Issues and Solutions
Confirm Classroom Enrollment
- Verify Classroom Enrollment: Ensure the student is enrolled in the correct classroom. If the student doesn't see your classroom, see the Students Not Seeing Classroom help article.
Verify Lesson Assignment
- Check Assignment Date: Ensure that the lesson's start date has been reached. Lessons scheduled to start in the future will not be visible to students.
- Correct Classroom: Confirm that the lesson is assigned to the correct classroom the student is enrolled in.
Refresh and Re-login
- Refresh the Page: Sometimes a simple page refresh can resolve visibility issues.
- Log Out and Back In: Have the student log out of their Elementari account and log back in to reset the session. If you have issues logging out, go to elementari.com/logout to log out of your account.
