If your payment fails, you will receive an email notification from Stripe, our payment processing platform. To resolve this issue:

  1. Check Card Details: Ensure your card details are correct and that you have sufficient funds.
  2. Retry Payment: Log in to your Elementari account and attempt the payment again.

Updating Payment Details

How to Change the Card on File

If you need to update the card on file:

  1. Contact Support: Send an email to support@elementari.com requesting to change your card information.
  2. Secure Link: You will receive a secure link hosted by Stripe where you can update your payment details safely.
