Elementari ensures that you receive a receipt as soon as we've processed your purchase. The receipt will come from Elementari, LLC and is automatically generated by Stripe.com, the platform we use for secure payment processing.

How to Access and Download Receipts

To view and download your previous receipts, follow these steps:

Log in to Elementari: Ensure you are logged into your Elementari account.
Click on Your Avatar: In the top right corner, click on your avatar.
Navigate to Settings: Select the Settings option from the dropdown menu.
View Subscription and Receipts: In the settings page, you can view your current subscription details and access a list of your past receipts.
