  • Contact for Data Requests: Parents, students, teachers, or principals should contact the educator directly to understand privacy practices or request access, changes, or deletion of information.
  • Third-Party Compliance: All third parties must comply with Elementari's data practices. We periodically review compliance through monitoring and assessments.

Security Best Practices

Elementari follows industry best practices to ensure data security:

  • Secure Data Storage: Data is stored in a secure data center in the United States.
  • Encryption: Data in transit is encrypted using TLS protocol standards, and data at rest is encrypted using AES-256.
  • Monitoring and Auditing: We have manual and automated monitoring and auditing systems in place.
  • Access Control: We implement least privilege data access, limiting employee access to only what is necessary for their job functions. Employees undergo training, sign confidentiality agreements, and follow secure access protocols.
