How to reset your password

To reset your password, you’ll need access to the email associated with your Elementari account. This verification information helps ensure your account is only accessible to you. If you can’t access your email, you won’t be able to recover your password, and may need to sign up for a new account.

What you’ll need to change your password on Elementari

An accurate and up-to-date email address ensures you never lose access to your Elemenrari account. There are a few ways to change your password, and keeping this information up to date simplifies resetting your account or password.

If you can log in:

1. Log into your Elementari account.
2. Go to your account setting by clicking on your profile picture and then Settings.
3. Select the Account Information tab and click the change e-mail field.
4. Press the Change Password button.
5. Input the new password of your choice and click Submit.

Otherwise, via email:

1. From the sign in page, click Forgot your password?.
2. Enter your email address and click Submit.
3. Check your email inbox. Elementari will immediately send a message to your account's email address.
4. The email will include a code which you can use to log yourself in.
5. Enter this code into the text field on the password reset page and click Submit.
6. When prompted, choose a new password.
