Reporting Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used without permission on Elementari, please follow these steps:

  2. Contact Us: Send an email to support@elementari.com with the subject line "Copyright Infringement Report." Include:
    • Your contact information.
    • A description of the copyrighted work.
    • Evidence of the infringement.
    • A statement that you believe the use is unauthorized.

Elementari's Response

Upon receiving a valid infringement report, Elementari will:

  1. Review the Report: Our team will assess the provided evidence.
  2. Take Action: If infringement is confirmed, we will remove the infringing content and notify the user responsible.
  3. Notify the Reporter: We will inform you of the actions taken in response to your report.

Preventing Infringement

Creators on Elementari should:

  1. Use Original Content: Ensure that all submitted content is original or properly licensed.
  2. Credit Sources: Provide appropriate credit for any third-party content used in your projects. Illustrations and sounds taken from Elemnetari's library of assets are automatically credited upon publishing.
  3. Understand Fair Use: Be aware of fair use principles and apply them correctly.
