How to Protect Your Account

Ensuring the security of your Elementari account is crucial. Follow these guidelines to keep your account safe.

Use Unique, Strong Passwords

Using the same password on multiple sites exposes you to serious threats. If someone figures out your password for one website, that person could access all your accounts on the internet.

Remember: Passwords are like underwear - you don't share them!

Do Not Communicate Sensitive Data

Elementari allows you to communicate with other users through:

  • Live chat room while creating projects together
  • Comments under published projects

These can be accessed publicly. Do not share any personal information that could expose your identity, such as:

  • Home address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Password
  • Name
  • School name

Note: Students in a classroom cannot comment or view comments on projects outside of their classroom. Collaboration settings are controlled by the teacher, ensuring a closed and safe environment.

Update Your Software

If your browser or operating system is out of date, the software might not be safe from hackers. Keep your software updated to help protect your account.
